Through The Bookshelf

This is my top shelf...and some of my favourite items it holds.
From the clock made from paper- (a left over promo item DraftFCB had made) to my Dunny's all of these things have stories and great memories attached.

The awesome glasses Steph gave.

Most Likely To.....

Friday { 11-05-2010 }
We started the day much like the previous few days, which was grab a coffee and start working on the jobs that we had been briefed on..however this day was different it had a gloomy feeling.We had all the normal pressures of a review day but an added stress of having to present our portfolio's to the agency.
This took place in a gorgeous big boardroom ...with about 20 or so set of eyes on us we started presenting our porties. Slightly daunting knowing how amazing their achievements are. The presentation went well and after we were done the agency presented us with "Most likely to" awards taylored to each intern.

These are the awards :
Most likely to get bruised thumbs caused by her Blackberry - Carey Cawood
The award was Deep Heat
Most likely to be a back up dancer for Lady Gaga - Tyler Smith
A Hanah Montana microphone filled with jelly beans
Most likely to study health sciences - Rucita
the award was a health tea
and then i was awarded,
Most likely to get her name spelt wrong
A beaded key ring with the letter K

I found this unusual because my name is not that tricky but not an hour later I had a confidentiality document to sign and no lies ,my name was spelt wrong.

After having our last bar night we went for our last foozball match. On entering the shower room to pack up we each found a pair of awesome sunglasses that Steph- a copy writer, had given us each with a notes attached. A goodbye gift.

Although goodbyes were said myself and Carey had some work to finish up over the weekend so we came in on the Sunday to prepare for Monday. After a good hard work session on Sunday ,which involved ordering Simply Asia on the company tab, we were ready to sit in on the presentation..

Monday { 12-05-2010 }
We arrived a little later than the norm so we were on time for the client presentation. It was in Belville , so we road tripped there with Steph, whom helped us with this project. Thinking we would get lost we ended up being the first ones there. Overall it was an awesome experience being at a client presentation. It went well.

We arrived back at the agency knowing we had to say goodbye.Feeling like we were leaving a family it was harder than anticipated.

I wish DraftFCB all the best for the future and thank them for making this internship such an amazing experience.
